Well, this weekend we spent in Huntsville, Alabama. Possibly one of the best kept secrets of the south. First the weather this week has been Amazing!! 60's and 70's with beautiful sunshine, global warming anyone? Well, the area downtown reminds me very much of the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Not nearly as pretty as the Riverwalk but with that similar flair. They have a wonderful pond with man made streams running off of it and waterfalls and islands built in. Really, quite fantastic, for what was supposed to be just another southern town. Also, in the water were Koi(sp?) fish, giant ones.
And around the pond were the ugliest ducks I have ever seen.
They looked like they had tumors all over their faces - ugh! Anyway, it was quite a pleasure to be here and enjoy the city. Tomorrow a group of us are going to NASA to tour the space shuttle and all things air and space. Oh, and I got pink eye on Thursday - wah wah!! What adult gets pinkeye???

pink eye is caused by the transfer of fecal metter to the eyes - so stop digging your ass and rubbing your eyes. This is true, I heard it on Oprah. Ass digger
